1) Netblots must receive all required content and creative brief for direction within seven (7) days of payment in order to work within guaranteed timeframes.
2) Content (where appropriate) must be provided in an upload-ready state within 7 days . Each website page should be labeled with page name as desired in the menu, headers in bold, body copy thoroughly checked for errors and any desired imagery attached and labeled. Any content will be used as provided unless specified in writing.
Additional charges may apply where further content organisation is required.
3) Feedback at each stage of development must be provided within 4 (four) working days of receipt. Failure to do so may increase guaranteed timeframes and/or void the 200% guarantee on your service.
Once content has been uploaded to a website, only 2 sets of revisions may be provided to Netblots for changes to be made prior to handover of the site. Additional charges may apply where further changes are desired.
4) A minimum deposit is required to commence work on your site, and any discussed timeframe begins when payment has cleared.

Freedom: 45 Business days
Required upfront deposit: 40%
Premium: 50 Business days
Required upfront deposit: 40%
Premium+: 55 Business days
Required upfront deposit: 35%
A further 35% is due within 20 business days, and the remainder upon completion.
Standard timeframes apply only to work covered within set packages. Any additional services not covered within the inclusions of a set package will lengthen the required time and a custom timeframe guarantee will have to be negotiated with your Netblots consultant. Failure to do so will void the 200% guarantee.
Any printing and SEO components will commence after the main website package has been completed and final payment has cleared.
5) A subtle link back to NetBlots will be placed at the bottom of each website. This link is required and may not be removed unless specified in writing.
6) Monthly hosting fee is to be paid on a yearly basis with the first required payment upon completion of the website. If a monthly direct debit plan is desired, this will be charged through a third party direct debit company and additional charges may apply.
Any ongoing SEO fees will be charged on a monthly basis, and ongoing marketing or design services calculated on an hourly basis will be charged fortnightly.
7) Netblots welcomes any feedback, both positive and negative. If you have any issues with our services, we are happy to discuss a solution which satisfies all parties.
8) Refunds will only be processed for clients who have complied with our terms and conditions unless stated otherwise in writing by your Netblots consultant. Clients who do not provide sufficient information for our team to work with but still request work be carried out are ineligible for a refund if unsatisfied with the produced result, or if the job cannot be completed within the initial timeframe. Netblots can only guarantee satisfaction if we have enough information to thoroughly understand your requirements.
Service refunds can take up to 30 (thirty) days to process.
9) Any change requests to design, copy, artwork or other Netblots services after approval may incur additional costs and lengthen the guaranteed timeframe.
Changes cannot be made once artwork has been approved and sent to print. We cannot guarantee that the print process can be delayed once files have been approved, and any desired edits past this point will incur an additional fee. Where Netblots is at fault, any reprint fee will be absorbed by Netblots.
10) Contact information and spelling for print items will not be verified by NetBlots. Please ensure that all contact details are correct prior to sending them through to our team. Whilst we take every care to be vigilant, NetBlots cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.
Any provided information, images or other files or documentation to be used on any client project must comply with all relevant laws. Netblots cannot be held responsible for breaches of copyright undertaken by our clients. If you have been a victim of copyright breach by one of our clients, please notify us immediately and we will have the offended material removed.
NetBlots will take responsibility for pre-press or print imperfections if we have overseen the project from start to finish. If we are provided with artwork to print or edit, we cannot take responsibility for errors created prior to our involvement. We will take every precaution to make sure everything is perfect, however if there are any mistakes that we are not made aware of, NetBlots cannot be held responsible.
11) NetBlots cannot guarantee set timeframes and results for Search Engine Optimization. We endeavour to give clients an estimate on rankings and report on progress on a monthly basis. However, due to the ever-evolving nature of Search Engine algorithms, we cannot make specific claims about results. All SEO work conducted will be for quality long term results only, rather than swift but short-lasting results.
