-All product related emails must be replied to in writing within 48 hours
-Guarantee is void if client requests changes after approving work
-200% Satisfaction Guarantee must utilize its entire time line length
-Entire time line can and will be used to satisfy client, and must always be used to ensure the highest quality work
-Proper directional feedback must be given, “I don’t like it” as the only type of feedback given will void guarantee.
-Value adding items will be deducted at a 200% rate from the guarantee.

-Starter: 25 Business days
Minimum required deposit: 50%

-Standard: 30 Business days
Minimum required deposit: 50%

-Freedom: 45 Business days
Minimum required deposit: 40%

-Premium: 50 Business days
Minimum required deposit: 40%

-Premium+: 55 Business days
Minimum required deposit: 35%
A further 35% is required within 20 days of commencement, and the balance is due upon completion.
